Digital Event Producer

Job Advert Description

We are looking for a Digital Producer with the drive, passion and hands-on experience to tackle complex and challenging digital projects from ideation through to delivery working across the Royal Navy and RAF accounts. The Digital Producer will lead on all layers of digital production and delivery from scoping and discovery, ideation, briefing, production, live event, and post-project close.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To champion digital and digital innovation within the agency, proactively supporting and educating stakeholders to build trust and confidence in creative, immersive digital solutions 
  • Own the financial and time management of mid-to-large projects  
  • Provide onsite project delivery - either leading or collaborating with colleagues within a cross-functional team 
  • Build and maintain genuine, trusting, and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Establish a deep understanding of our clients, their business objectives and strategy and lead on proactive, creative digital solutions that support these goals  
  • Lead project-related client service including day-to-day communication, meetings, and presentations 
  • Support the HoD to maintain and adjust process and a way of working that empowers team members  
  • Partner with the sales, creative, and business services teams to carry out research, due diligence, and quality assurance of suppliers 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a creative, digital, or full-service agency experience leading digital projects  
  • Experience and /or exposure to the delivery of world-class events and/or immersive experiences 
  • Experience in the entire lifecycle of digital development from creative discovery, requirement gathering, specification, build, test, deployment, and support 
  • Experience and /or exposure to virtual events, web-based applications, content production, CRM and CMS systems, broadcast, VR, AR and mixed reality, social media marketing, and responsive web/app development 
  • Previous experience successfully managing people and teams  
  • Ability to Interact with clients at various levels and across functions building strong relationships 
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment 
  • Understand GDPR regulations and their Impact on projects 
  • Understand H&S obligations for project delivery 


  • Mid-to-large-scale software production: ideation and software architecture, user-experience design, testing, maintenance, and analysis 
  • Immersive technology production including VR and AR 
  • Agile project management
